Oglasna-Deska.Cloud is a hub for modern web tools: email, calendar, contacts, notes, notebooks, photos and files in one place, with one account and one overview. It is connected to Oglasna-Deska.SI, a marketplace for buying and selling products and services of every kind.
Why one board
Most of us switch every day between an inbox, a calendar, an address book, notes, photos and documents — often with different providers, different passwords and no link between them. The meeting is in one tool, the conversation about it in another, and the notes from the meeting in a third.
Oglasna-Deska.Cloud brings these pieces together on one board. Each app works on its own, but together they share what they have in common: people, dates and documents. When you open a contact, you see your recent messages, meetings and notes with that person. When you open a meeting, you see the conversation that led to it.
Apps
- Our own mail server and a client in your browser: folders, labels, search, scheduled sending, meeting invitations with RSVPs and quick access to the sender's contact card.
- Calendar
- Day, week and month views, invitations to participants, finding a free slot, and to-dos with due dates from Notes.
- Contacts
- A database of customers, suppliers and partners with labels and a contact timeline: messages, meetings, files and agreements in one place.
- Notes
- Short to-do lists for quick jottings: subtasks, due date, reminder, colour, labels and pinning to the top. A note can be created from a message, a meeting or an ad.
- Notebooks
- Longer documents that you write and annotate with a pen: on lined or squared paper, on a PDF, on a photo or on an infinite canvas.
- Photos
- Photos from all your devices in one place: automatic backup from your phone, albums, sharing with contacts, and search by date and place. You can attach a photo to a message, a contact or an ad without uploading it again.
- Drive
- A cloud drive for documents and folders: sharing with contacts and access rights, access from all your devices, and email attachments and notebooks saved straight to the drive.
Connection with Oglasna-Deska.SI
Oglasna-Deska.SI is a marketplace for classified ads and news from the same publisher. The two websites share a common sign-in, so the same account works for both. The two boards are designed to complement each other:
- replies to your ads arrive in Mail, alongside your other messages;
- buyers and enquirers become Contacts, with their source and conversation history;
- you arrange a viewing or collection in Calendar and jot down the details in Notes.
On every device
In the browser, the same hub has three layouts. The desktop layout is designed for working on a computer, with several panes at once and keyboard shortcuts. On Android devices, the layout is modelled on the Material 3 design system, and on iPhone and iPad on iOS. The site recognises your device and chooses the right layout by itself.
On your wrist, it will be complemented by watch apps:
- Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches: your next meeting, today's to-dos and notifications of new mail and replies to your ads, with quick replies.
- Garmin Fenix sports watches: your day at a glance on a watch widget — your next meeting, to-dos and important notifications, even mid-workout or out in the hills.
Principles
- Usefulness before ornament. Every screen has one clear purpose; common tasks are one click or one shortcut away.
- Lightness. The browser loads only what the screen needs. Fonts and scripts are on our own server, and no page calls other providers.
- Privacy. We do not sell data, we do not show other providers' ads and we do not track visitors. The service runs on servers in the European Union.
- Accessibility. Our benchmark is WCAG 2.2 at level AA; details are in the accessibility statement.
- Languages. The website is available in full in Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian (Latin script), German, English, Italian and Hungarian.
Status
The board is under construction. Today, these information pages are published. Sign-in with a single account at id.oglasna-deska.cloud is in preparation, the apps are in development, and the watch apps are planned. We are opening the services one at a time, each only once it has been tested.

Oglasna-Deska.Cloud is developed and operated by MIBESIS, družba za razvoj in informacijske storitve, d.o.o. (Mibesis d.o.o.), which is based in Maribor.
