Accessibility statement

Mibesis d.o.o. wants the Oglasna-Deska.Cloud website to be usable by everyone, including persons with disabilities, older people and users of assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and keyboard-only operation. This statement applies to the website in all its language versions.

1. Standard

As our benchmark we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 of the W3C at level AA. For web content, they are referred to by the European standard EN 301 549 on accessibility requirements for ICT products and services.

2. Compliance status

The website has been designed and built to meet the requirements of WCAG 2.2 at level AA and, in the assessment of its developers, it meets them. The assessment is based on the developers' own review. There has not yet been an independent review, so we cannot confirm compliance with an external report.

Explanations and known limitations

• Animation on the home page. The board animation plays only if JavaScript is switched on, and it has a ‘Pause animation’ button. If reduced motion is switched on in your system settings, it does not play. The content of the animation is also available as text for screen readers.
• Colour scheme button. The button works with JavaScript. If JavaScript is switched off, the button is not shown; the colour scheme then follows your system setting.
• Apps in development. Mail, calendar, contacts, notes, notebooks, photos and files are not working yet; the watch apps are planned. We will assess their accessibility before they go live and update this statement.
• Sign-in page. Sign-in at id.oglasna-deska.cloud is a separate service; we will assess its accessibility when it goes live.
• Documents in other formats. The website does not publish PDF documents or other files for download, nor audio or video recordings.

3. What we have done

• All functions can be reached with the keyboard, and the focus is always clearly visible.
• At the start of every page there is a ‘Skip to content’ link that skips the page header.
• The contrast of body text is at least 7:1, which exceeds the level AA requirement; this applies to both the light and the dark scheme.
• The website respects the system setting for reduced motion, and the animation has a pause button.
• The colour scheme automatically follows your system setting; you can also choose the light or dark scheme yourself.
• The language of every page and of passages in other languages, for example the names of the languages in the language selector, is marked so that screen readers pronounce them correctly.
• Pages have a clear heading structure with one main heading and subheadings in order, and marked regions: header, main content, navigation and footer.
• The layout adapts to the screen size and to text zoom of up to 400% without horizontal scrolling.
• There are no time limits on the website.

4. Tell us about a problem

If you come across a barrier on the website or need content in another format, email us at info@oglasna-deska.si. Describe on which page and in which task you encountered the problem and, if you wish, which device, browser or assistive technology you use.

We reply in Slovenian or English, as a rule within one working day and at the latest within five. If we cannot fix the problem straight away, we will tell you how we are going to solve it and, where possible, provide the content to you in another way.

6. Supervision

Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services has been transposed into Slovenian law by the Zakon o dostopnosti do proizvodov in storitev za invalide (ZDPSI; Slovenian Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities Act). Under this Act, supervision is carried out by the Tržni inšpektorat Republike Slovenije (Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia).
