This legal notice sets out the terms of use of the Oglasna-Deska.Cloud website (https://www.oglasna-deska.cloud) in all its language versions. By using the website, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them.
1. Publisher
The website is published and operated by MIBESIS, družba za razvoj in informacijske storitve, d.o.o., Razlagova ulica 4, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, company registration number 3936422000, VAT ID SI 75978296 (hereinafter: the publisher). All the details are in the imprint.
2. Purpose of the website
The website presents the Oglasna-Deska.Cloud service, which is under construction, and publishes information about the publisher, privacy, accessibility and security. The apps described on the website (email, calendar, contacts, notes, notebooks, photos, files and watch apps) are not yet available. The descriptions show the planned scope and do not constitute a commitment that the service will be available by a particular date or to a particular extent.
Use of the information pages is free of charge and does not require registration.
3. Future services and user account
A user account at id.oglasna-deska.cloud, which will also be valid for Oglasna-Deska.SI, will be required to use the apps. Opening an account and using the apps will be subject to separate terms of service, which we will publish before launch and which you will expressly accept when opening your account. Until then, these terms apply only to the use of the website.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website to find out about the service and the publisher. It is not permitted to:
- interfere with the operation of the website or the servers, for example through denial-of-service attacks, by introducing malicious code or by exploiting vulnerabilities;
- attempt to gain access to parts of the system that are not publicly available;
- download content automatically to an extent that places a load on the servers, or contrary to the rules in the robots.txt file;
- use the website in a way that infringes the law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, emblem, logo, the name Oglasna-Deska.Cloud and the software of the website are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. They belong to the publisher or its licensors.
You may display, print and save individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may publish short quotations, provided that you state the source and link to the original page. Any other use, in particular adaptation, republication or commercial use, requires the publisher's prior written permission. Search engines and artificial intelligence agents may use the public pages in accordance with the rules in the robots.txt and llm.yaml files.
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to other websites, for example to Oglasna-Deska.SI, to the sign-in page at id.oglasna-deska.cloud and to the publisher's website. We are not responsible for the content of websites of other publishers; their own rules apply to them.
7. Limitation of liability
We prepare the information on the website carefully and update it regularly, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and error-free at all times. Descriptions of future services may change before launch.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or damage resulting from the unavailability of the website. Liability is not limited for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for damage to life, body or health, or in other cases in which such a limitation is not permitted under mandatory rules. Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, extend or temporarily disable the website at any time, for example for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we process personal data is described on the Privacy notice page. The website does not set cookies; details are on the Cookies and local storage page.
10. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms, in particular when new services launch or when legislation changes. The version in force is always published on this page together with the date of the last change.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationships under these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union, the choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of that state.
We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute will be decided by the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Maribor. As a consumer, you may also bring an action before a court of the state in which you reside.
If any provision of these terms proves to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions. The terms are published in all the languages of the website; the original is the Slovenian text.
