About the service
What is Oglasna-Deska.Cloud?
A hub for modern web tools: email, calendar, contacts, notes, notebooks, photos and files in one place, with one account. There is more on the About the service page.
When will it be available?
We are opening the services one at a time, each only once it has been tested, so we are not promising a date. If you would like to be notified at launch, write to us at info@oglasna-deska.si; we will use your address only for this notification.
What is already available?
The information pages you are reading. Sign-in with a single account is in preparation, and the apps are in development. The status of each part is shown on the home page.
How much will it cost?
We will publish a price list before the paid services launch. The information pages are free and require no registration.
Do I also need Oglasna-Deska.SI?
No. Oglasna-Deska.Cloud works on its own. If you also use the Oglasna-Deska.SI marketplace, you sign in with the same account, and replies to your ads can arrive in your mail.
Signing in and your account
How do I sign in?
With a single account at id.oglasna-deska.cloud. This account will work for all Oglasna-Deska.Cloud apps and for Oglasna-Deska.SI. The sign-in page is in preparation; the ‘Sign in’ link in the page header leads to it.
Why does signing in take place at a different address?
Sign-in is a separate service used by all our apps. This means that passwords and sign-in details are handled by just one specially secured service, and the apps never see your password.
Can I delete my account later?
Yes. Once accounts are working, you will be able to delete your account yourself or by sending a request to info@oglasna-deska.si. After a deletion request, we delete the account data within 30 days at the latest, as described in the privacy notice.
Devices and languages
Which devices will it work on?
In modern browsers on computers, phones and tablets: Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, in versions released from the start of 2025 onwards. Android devices, iPhone and iPad get a layout adapted to their own system.
Will it work on my watch?
We are planning apps for Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches and for Garmin Fenix sports watches. On your watch, you will see your next meeting, today's to-dos and important notifications; on smartwatches, you will also be able to reply quickly. The watches connect through your phone and the same account.
Can I choose the layout myself?
The site chooses the layout automatically based on your device. You will also be able to choose it in your account settings once these are available.
Which languages is the site available in?
Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian (Latin script), German, English, Italian and Hungarian. You choose the language in the page header or footer; the site does not choose it for you based on your browser settings.
Privacy and security
What happens to my photos and files?
They remain yours. They are stored on servers in the European Union, and only you and the people you share them with can see them. We do not examine them, and we do not use them for advertising or for training artificial intelligence models. The location where a photo was taken, recorded in its metadata, is visible only to you until you share it.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Details are in the privacy notice.
Does the site use cookies?
No. The website does not set cookies. It writes data to your browser only when you choose a colour scheme yourself or pause the animation. There is more on the Cookies and local storage page.
Do you show ads or sell data?
No. We do not use advertising networks, third-party analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
